Tina Weber
Member of the Management Board

Tina Weber is Director and Member of the Management Board of EAF Berlin. She is responsible for the business area of economy with a focus on systemic organizational development, advising companies and organizations in their change processes towards more diversity. She develops individual consulting pathways and diversity strategies for and with her clients and accompanies them during the implementation of the measures.

Tina Weber is an expert on the topic of flexible working and compatibility in both the indirect and direct sectors, in production and shift work. For EAF Berlin she gives lectures, offers specific career-building programs and conducts training courses, on unconscious bias among other topics.

She completed training as a Systemic Organizational Consultant with Riesner & Braun Consulting and is a qualified trainer for inclusive leadership.

Tina Weber studied International Management (BBA) and European Studies (MA) with study and research stays in Australia, Spain and Chile as well as undertaking a traineeship at the European Commission in the Directorate General Enterprise and Industry in the area of Corporate Social Responsibility.

The focus of her professional career has always been the interface of politics, society and business. She has also led a range of interdisciplinary national and international projects. As the managing director of a business association, she was responsible for building strategic collaborations and (regional) networks on topics related to demographic change, the shortage of skilled workers and digitization, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises.
