Andrea Krönke is Director and Trainer at EAF Berlin with a focus on communication, performance skills and mentoring. She leads the academy and develops programs and training courses for personal development. She accompanies prospective specialists and executives in their strategic career planning in various career-building programs in politics, science and business. In addition to that, Andrea Krönke supports organizations in change processes and strategy development as a certified coach, career consultant and facilitator (artop GmbH). She completed a training as a systemic organizational consultant with Riesner & Braun Consulting and is currently completing the Gestalt training program at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
Funded by the Hans Böckler Foundation, Andrea Krönke studied Political Science and Education at the University of Applied Sciences Bremen and the University of Magdeburg. During this time period, she also visited South Africa, India and Mozambique for research. In addition to her studies, she trained as a theater pedagogue. Before joining the EAF, she worked as a project coordinator for the mentoring program “Ausblicke”, coordinated by the “Unionhilfswerk” association, where she supported trainees with migration and refugee experience in completing their in-company training.
Andrea Krönke has been a board member of the German Mentoring Association (DGM) since September 2020.
