Leah Hanraths is a senior expert in the EAF Berlin team and works as a trainer and consultant for equal opportunities and diversity in the corporate, social, scientific, public, and social sectors. Her work focuses on topics like unconscious bias and inclusive leadership, empowerment and performance skills, intersectionality, and anti-racism, as well as diversity-oriented organizational development. Leah Hanraths values processes that are impact-driven and solution-oriented. In her trainings and workshops, she leads groups through reflection processes to discover and perceive new perspectives. In addition to numerous trainings in scientific organizations, universities, and the social sector, Leah Hanraths writes concepts and conducts trainings for employees and managers in production and management at Porsche AG, with a focus on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership and diversity sensitivity in everyday work.

Leah Hanraths studied Comparative Religion and Politics and Society in Bonn for her Bachelor’s degree. In her Master’s, she focused on Cultural Relations and Migration at Sigmund Freud Private University in Berlin. She also completed further training as a trainer for anti-racism at ebasa e.V. and further training in systemic organizational consulting at Riesner & Braun Consulting. Next to her work at EAF Berlin, she works as a freelance trainer for anti-racism in schools and the education sector in Germany.
