Our aim is to promote diversity and equal opportunities in our society. To this end, we have developed our own approaches to personnel and organizational development training. Diversity topics require openness, professionalism and courage. We design our training courses to be interactive - whether digital or analog. We offer our trainings in German as well as in English.

 

In our training courses, workshops and lectures, we convey scientifically sound content combined with modern methods, interactive exercises and a high degree of practical relevance.

Whether in-house training for employees on the topics of diversity, anti-racism or unconscious thought patterns, management training for better communication, online workshops on diversity in IT or two-day training courses on diversity management - all our training courses and workshops are designed in such a way that we can adapt them to your needs.

Our training courses and seminars are aimed at career starters, experienced employees and managers.

We offer training on the following topics:

  • Unconscious Bias:  Unconscious thought patterns influence our decisions. In workshops and interactive presentations, we sensitize participants to unconscious thought patterns and encourage them to reflect on the topic of diversity and actively combat pigeonholing. Companies, organizations, political parties or public administration: our approach is tailored to their specific needs.
  • Inclusive Leadership: Inclusive leaders have a major impact on corporate culture and are a key success factor for the success of diversity measures. We are convinced that every employee can become an inclusive leader and thus contribute to the success of diversity management and measures for more diversity.
  • Diversity in digitalization and IT: Stereotypes and existing injustices can be reproduced by technology or AI. Reports about hate online or the lack of diversity in IT teams are additional reasons to focus on responsible digitalization and software development. In our workshops and training courses, employees are specifically sensitized to their own unconscious thought patterns so that they can develop practical measures specifically adapted to agile processes for more diversity in team and project work, leadership and personnel as well as product development and transfer them to the organization.
  • Appearance skills and self-marketing: a lot can stand between us and a strong appearance. We support you in presenting yourself calmly and confidently in a professional context - without having to pretend. In our training courses, participants learn how to present successfully and appear relaxed despite stage fright - through practical exercises on presentation, voice, breath and body or working on their inner attitude. Using selected coaching tools, employees develop strategies and receive detailed feedback.
  • Racism in the world of work: For companies, organizations and political institutions, racism can manifest itself in a variety of forms, from the acquisition of new talent to corporate and organizational culture. Our racism-critical training and education provides tools and knowledge to identify and address racism in their workplaces and spheres of influence. Through a combination of interactive presentations, group discussions and case studies, our training programs provide practical strategies and skills to eliminate racism and promote diversity, equity and inclusion.

  • Assertiveness: This training course strengthens the assertiveness and quick-wittedness of female and non-binary specialists and managers in their day-to-day work. The aim is to act authentically and decisively even in challenging situations and contexts. In the seminar, participants reflect on their own verbal and non-verbal communication patterns and define their understanding of power and leadership. They try out techniques and develop their own strategies.

  • Leading with voice: Voice motivates, conveys confidence and helps us to lead professionally. In challenging situations, it often reflects our emotional state. It influences us, is a strong career factor and holds undreamt-of potential for managers and teams. During the training, participants reflect on the effect of their voice and body language using practical exercises and role plays. Participants receive exclusive and individually tailored voice and speech coaching.

  • Team building: Singing together strengthens our sense of unity and teaches us to react with joy, curiosity and trust even in difficult moments. Because people cannot sing and be afraid at the same time. The combination of music and resilience training strengthens team spirit, a sense of belonging and the health of the team. Resilience requires optimism, creativity, good relationships, improvisation and a willingness to learn. In the workshop, the team writes its own song and learns the basics of singing and breathing.

  • Communication and leadership: Communication is a crucial tool for managers to achieve organizational goals, motivate employees and teams and lead them effectively. In this workshop, we support managers in further developing their communication style and dealing with themselves and their employees in an appreciative manner, even in difficult situations.

 

Our training courses are available in different formats depending on the topic, tailored to the individual needs of the organization. There are shorter formats that are more like a keynote speech or an information session and last around 60 to 90 minutes. The medium format consists of short workshops lasting 3 to 4 hours and full-day training sessions lasting 6 to 8 hours.
