Since 2009, EAF Berlin has been running the “Sign Up” career-building program for female postdoctoral researchers from the Max Planck Society. The program specifically addresses key challenges of promoting young researchers in science and thus makes an important contribution to strategic and diversity-oriented personnel development at the MPG.
