Our events on Bits & Bias met with great feedback from small and medium-sized companies in the Stuttgart region. In addition to raising awareness of unconscious discrimination through digital applications in human resources, the numerous good examples from practice allowed participants to implement it quickly and low-threshold in everyday working life.

With the “Community Action Programme — Women in Politics! “We strengthen existing local networks and can use expert expertise to initiate changes towards attractive, contemporary and family-friendly local politics. EAF Berlin is a reliable and inspiring project advisor.

Since 2009, EAF Berlin has been running the “Sign Up” career-building program for female postdoctoral researchers from the Max Planck Society. The program specifically addresses key challenges of promoting young researchers in science and thus makes an important contribution to strategic and diversity-oriented personnel development at the MPG. We highly appreciate EAF Berlin's expertise and our excellent partnership.

Recognize, expand and use my inner strengths — I feel understood and supported by many like-minded people from my professional environment. That's KmK for me. I feel carried by so much good energy. I am well aware that the journey has not yet come to an end. Not for ME: I can do it all! Despite, and precisely BECAUSE I am a mother of two! And not yet for our society: The balancing act between reconciling family and professional success is still immense for families and especially mothers. Thank you EAF for joining us on this journey!
