Sarah Friedrich is a senior expert working in office management, executive assistance and financial management. She manages the administration and organization of the office and is the first point of contact for the management and the team. She is also in charge of the office of the German Mentoring Association (DGM).

Previously, she focused on project work in the field of politics at the Helene Weber Kolleg – the nationwide, cross-party platform for promoting more women in (local) politics. In this context, she was particularly involved in the awarding of the Helene Weber Prize 2020 and the publications  “Party cultures and the political participation of women" and "Into politics with children – Good practices for combining family, work and volunteering at the municipal level”.

Sarah Friedrich is a political scientist with a focus on gender studies. She gained a Bachelor’s in Political Science at the Free University of Berlin and the University of Copenhagen and completed a Master’s in Gender Studies at the Humboldt University of Berlin and the University of Vienna.
