Manuela Möller
Director

Manuela Möller is a director at EAF Berlin. Her focus in the area of democracy and participation is on seminars, lectures and conferences for women mayors and local politicians in international projects. She is currently conducting a project with politically engaged women in Ukraine.

She designs and implements mentoring and career programs and trains novice and experienced women in politics, academia and business on topics such as communication and conflict, resilience, courage, professional networking and time- and self-management. Since 2021, she has been a member of the advisory board of Mercatora, a women’s network of Stiftung Mercator. She also trained as a systemic organizational consultant with Riesner & Braun Consulting.

Manuela Möller has an international MA in health sciences (MPH), is a PR consultant and worked as a psychotherapist for ten years. She has also lived in the US and Bangladesh, as well as in Geneva, Manila and Fiji, and advised governments on HIV prevention for the World Health Organization (WHO) from 2002 to 2008.

  • Member of CODA (Children of Deaf Adults) and a volunteer for many years on the board of CODA International.
