Albert Kehrer is a coach and management consultant with a focus on change and diversity. He accompanies organizations and individuals in change projects. His strength is the holistic approach to systems. His topics are organizational, team and personal development, diversity, unconscious bias, men in diversity management, and LGBT  issues.

Albert Kehrer has worked for 25 years in various sectors (banking, insurance, IT, consulting) and positions, including 15 years in diversity management and seven at leadership and management level. He has also set the course for personnel diversity in an international consulting company as Head of Diversity.

Albert Kehrer founded his own consulting firm in 2010. His clients include corporations, public sector bodies and medium-sized companies. He is in demand internationally as an expert, gives lectures and publishes articles. He is based in Munich and works in German and English.
