Dr. Marion Duparré has been working as an independent consultant, trainer and coach in the field of human resources and organizational development since 2001. She advises various industries such as banks, the automotive and housing industries, health care and public administration.
Her training focuses on change management, leadership, motivation, communication and conflict, negotiation and conversation training, rhetoric and presentation, process consulting and support, project management and organizational development. In addition, she designs and moderates team development measures, conflict resolution, strategy and retreat meetings, motivational events as well as leadership conferences and executive training.
Before becoming self-employed, Marion Duparré worked for ten years in the human resources department of a banking group.
