Judith Aßländer works as a trainer, organizational consultant and coach with the core topics of systemic leadership responsibility, organizational constellations and diversity in companies. Together with her sister Kathrin Aßländer, she runs the company "Aßländer - Wege zum Wesentlichen".

Judith Aßländer holds a degree in business administration and is trained as an organizational constellation facilitator and business coach (EMCC standard) in accordance with the guidelines of Infosyon and DGFS. She is a member of the Board of Directors of CARE Germany and is certified by the FHWS in the field of “Social Work for Refugees and Migrants”.

She worked in the social sector for many years, where she was responsible for the integration of young migrants into the labor market at an individual, school and company level. This time shaped her not only through her practical work with people and companies, but also through the great media attention and public relations work she did. As a founder and entrepreneur, she also brings her practical business experience to her work as a trainer.
