Assertiveness: Training, Workshops, and Seminars
Assertiveness
Authentic and decisive: Our training helps female and non-binary professionals and managers develop greater assertiveness in the workplace.

In our training, we specifically strengthen the assertiveness and quick-wittedness of female and non-binary professionals and managers in their day-to-day work. The goal of the workshop is to expand your repertoire of actions so you can act authentically and decisively, even in challenging situations and contexts.
Your Benefits
Verbal and non-verbal communication patterns
In this seminar, participants reflect on their own verbal and non-verbal communication patterns and define their understanding of power and leadership. They explore what it means to "take up space" and "raise your voice" in certain contexts. They practice techniques for greater quick-wittedness in critical situations and develop individual strength profiles and strategies to handle professional challenges with confidence and determination.

Training format
This seminar is aimed at employees and female or non-binary managers who want to strengthen their assertiveness and position in the workplace. This workshop can be booked as an introductory talk (1h), a half-day workshop (4h), or a full-day event (8h).
