As an independent non-profit organization, we are committed to a society that values diversity and in which all people can develop their potential and assume responsibility. As part of our projects and studies, we develop our own approaches for training, consulting, surveys, workshops and mentoring programs. Talk to us

We offer interactive trainings and workshops on diversity, leadership and equal opportunities. They raise awareness of diversity and promote competencies for respectful cooperation. Individually adapted, digitally or on site.

mentorship
We develop and support mentoring programs to promote specialists and managers. We support professional development, exchange and self-reflection at all career stages.

guidance
We help to advise organizations on their way to greater diversity and equality. Participatory methods are used to create tailor-made strategies for an inclusive organizational culture.

are

A unique organization
For more than 25 years, we have been accompanying organizations in change processes towards more diversity in leadership. As an independent research and consulting organization, we work at the interface of politics, business and science.
EAF Berlin provides advice on diversity and equal opportunities, career and leadership, reconciliation and resilience, and democracy and participation. She designs and implements practical research projects as well as innovative programs and trainings for personnel and organizational development.

The EAF Berlin team consists of experts who bring a wide range of knowledge from different areas as well as their own networks. We use this knowledge and our contacts in the spirit of social transformation, with the aim of creating the capacity to act, to empower people and organizations to drive change forward, and to constantly develop effective ideas, strategies and products based on current scientific findings and practical experience.

We create connections
Through our many years of consulting and research work, we have built up a unique network. This includes scientists from universities and research institutions, representatives from companies and associations, and decision makers from politics and administration.

Career paths at EAF Berlin
EAF Berlin is based on innovative concepts such as New Work and agile corporate management. What counts is the result — and not the presence in the office. It sees itself as an organization that works economically and in which everyone assumes responsibility for the whole thing. Team diversity is important to us. We see different personal, cultural and professional backgrounds and personalities as an opportunity for every organization. EAF Berlin works together in a cooperative, loyal and respectful manner.

Building a new type of organization
The 1990s were an exciting time: The Wall had fallen, Berlin was to become the capital and seat of government. Berlin did have the first centers of women's and gender studies at its universities, a diverse project scene and a network for women in Berlin's urban politics.
Nevertheless, there has been no institution to date that has worked independently and across parties for more women in leading positions in politics and business...

That's what customers say
Our events on Bits & Bias met with great feedback from small and medium-sized companies in the Stuttgart region. In addition to raising awareness of unconscious discrimination through digital applications in human resources, the numerous good examples from practice allowed participants to implement it quickly and low-threshold in everyday working life.
