On April 26, 2023, the GIGA Forum will examine global disparities in women's parliamentary representation and the underlying causes. EAF Director Cécile Weidhofer will join experts and scholars for this public event.

Anyone active in the public sphere is exposed to insults, hatred, or online firestorms. As part of the "Action Program Municipality - Women in Politics" project, an online event will be held on March 30, 2023, to explore strategies and methods for dealing with hate speech.

The event "How to make Politics: Listen - Reflect - Get Involved" on March 1, 2023, shows just how exciting (local) politics can be when viewed without prejudice. EAF Director Cécile Weidhofer will give a keynote speech on the topic of entering politics with children.

On February 27, 2023, the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung is hosting the event "Café Kyiv – Choosing Freedom" in solidarity with Ukraine. As part of the "Together for Democracy" project, EAF Berlin will be organizing the panel "The Strong Women of Ukraine – Partnerships and Perspectives" there at 2:30 PM.
