Intersectionality – what does this buzzword really mean? And how can we all—mentors and mentees—benefit from it? But most importantly: how do we create an inclusive mentoring culture?
As Head of Network Policy and Digitalization at the German Retail Federation, Dara Kossok-Spieß is digitizing the retail sector from the shopping cart to AI. She also founded the retail industry's Diversity Offensive, which aims to breathe life into the phrase "Retail is diverse." Outside of her professional life, Dara is active in local politics and is involved with the NGO "SWANS Initiative," which she co-founded. As an advisory board member for the DGM, she is committed to establishing quality standards in mentoring.
