Kite app for female founders

The app allows female founders to practice typical situations in the startup process in a gamified way. EAF experts Lisa Hanstein and Hanna Völkle supported the development as part of the Kite project advisory board.

Starting a business is a challenge – and women often face unique hurdles along the way. In the Kite app's novels, they can prepare for startup situations in a playful way: talking to the bank, negotiating fees, or interacting with investors. Users test different reactions in realistic dialogues and receive AI-supported, strengths-based feedback rooted in expert knowledge.

EAF Berlin on the KITE advisory board

Lisa Hanstein and Hanna Völkle, both experts in equitable digitalization, serve on the Kite advisory board. The board supports the project with perspectives from the fields of female entrepreneurship, gender equality, and communication.

KITE is a research and transfer project by the Lab for Socio-Informatics at Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences in cooperation with the nationwide gründerinnenagentur (bga). Development was funded by the Federal Ministry of Education, Family, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMBFSFJ) as part of the "Artificial Intelligence for the Common Good" funding guideline.
