Call for nominations: Mentor of the Year 2025

For the eighth time, the German Mentoring Association is presenting the "Mentor of the Year" award for 2025. Nominations are now open.

Who has served as a mentor multiple times and shown exceptional dedication to their mentees? Who deserves greater recognition as a role model?

These outstanding mentors can now be honored with the "Mentor of the Year" award. Nominations are being accepted effective immediately. Individuals and organizations are eligible to submit nominations, with a maximum of two submissions allowed per person or nominating organization.

The DGM board will select this year's winners from the submitted nominations. In addition to multiple terms of service as a mentor, selection criteria include a commitment to diversity within structured mentoring programs that meet DGM quality standards.

Nominations can be submitted until June 30, 2025 here .

The award ceremony will take place during the DGM annual conference on September 26, 2025, in Berlin.

The DGM is the network for mentoring experts from business, government, and society. As an independent organization, it is committed to ensuring quality standards in mentoring and has developed a certification process for this purpose. Further information can be found here.

The DGM has been recognizing exceptionally dedicated mentors since 2018.
