What We Offer

Participants reflect on the impact of their voice and body language through practical exercises and role-playing. They explore vocal technique, embodiment, and the concepts of high and low status in communication. In the afternoon, each participant receives exclusive, personalized voice and speech coaching.

• Voice: Participants recognize their own voice as a powerful tool in team and conversation management and improve their vocal delivery through targeted exercises.
• Presence: Participants develop strategies to manage and counteract negative effects like stage fright.
• Embodiment: 55% of our communication is non-verbal, conveyed through our body, facial expressions, and gestures. It tells the person we are speaking with whether our words are "authentic" and, in case of doubt, determines our credibility. We explore the topic of embodiment and impact through practical exercises.
• Communication: How we present ourselves, speak, and even breathe says a lot about our status in communication. Participants sharpen their awareness of high and low status to respond with confidence in sensitive situations.

This seminar is designed for leaders who want to use their voice as a supporting tool in their work and thereby enhance their leadership effectiveness. You can book half-day (4 hours, excluding individual coaching) or full-day (8 hours, including individual coaching) workshops.
