How can companies create conditions that allow highly qualified women to optimally contribute and develop their skills? How can career barriers be removed and professional paths and working time structures be made more flexible for both women and men?

The brochure "Key Factor R&D: Developing HR Strategies for the Future – Leveraging Women's Potential" provides answers developed during the EAF project of the same name, in cooperation with Bayer MaterialScience AG, BP Europa SE, and Henkel AG & Co. KGaA. Beyond the project results, the publication offers key recommendations for action on how companies can sustainably promote women in leadership positions and develop a long-term corporate culture in which the potential of both women and men is equally valued and utilized.

The "Key Factor R&D" project took place between 2009 and 2011. It was funded by the Ministry for Health, Emancipation, Care and Ageing of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia.
