Lunch Talk: Sexism in the workplace – How can we effectively address it?

Whether it’s inappropriate comments, stereotypical gender roles, or structural disadvantage, sexism in the workplace takes many forms and is often deeply ingrained. EAF Berlin helps organizations identify these dynamics and effectively counter them.

During the Charta der Vielfalt Lunch Talk on June 12, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, Stefanie Lohaus and Tina Weber—both experienced experts and members of the EAF Berlin executive board—will discuss concrete challenges and actionable ways to address sexism in the professional world.

Stefanie Lohaus is a member of the EAF Berlin executive board. A publicist and gender equality expert, she has been committed to diversity and gender justice for over two decades. She is a co-founder of Missy Magazine, the author of several books—including "Stärker als Wut" and "Zu anders für die Macht?"—and leads the Together Against Sexismproject at EAF Berlin.

Tina Weber is a member of the EAF Berlin executive board, focusing on organizational development, gender equality strategies, and discrimination-sensitive human resources development. She brings many years of experience in guiding public and private organizations toward a fair and inclusive work culture.
