Organizational development with a focus on equal opportunities
In 2021, the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft launched the "Equal Opportunities Support Program" to assist its institutes in implementing the cascade model. The program aims to provide participating institutes with the expertise needed to develop and strategically anchor a sustainable, institute-specific framework. Institutes are supported and guided through various event and learning formats, fostering a community of practice and mutual dialogue.
Equal opportunities in recruitment and diversity as a cultural theme
Whether it's strategy development, recruiting, personnel development, controlling, cultural change, or unconscious bias, the program includes workshops on overarching topics, moderated peer group exchanges between multiple institutes, and the presentation of best practices. EAF Chair Kathrin Mahler Walther provides guidance and consulting through co-creation in the design, preparation, and execution of workshops, and facilitates the structured peer group exchanges.
Equal opportunities in organizations
How can greater equality be achieved in organizations? How can all employees be supported and encouraged equally? These are complex questions with many individual perspectives alongside overarching and organization-specific answers. But it is worth it: promoting diversity within a company expands the talent pool and drives innovation.
