Information portal for workplace equality
As early as the late 1990s, EAF Berlin recognized that small and medium-sized enterprises had fewer resources than large organizations to drive equal opportunity through large-scale programs. However, small and medium-sized businesses can implement many tools for greater equality and diversity more easily, flexibly, and quickly. There are excellent examples of this that deserve to be shared with the public. Consequently, in 1999, EAF launched the online service www.e-quality-management.de . This platform provided small and medium-sized enterprises across Germany with best-practice examples, comprehensive data on funding programs, and consulting services for workplace equality.
