Equality wins - cultural change in companies
Ten Berlin companies for greater equality and diversity
Funded by the Berlin Senate Department and in cooperation with the Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) and the Berlin Chamber of Crafts, EAF Berlin is advising companies in a pilot project for the "Equality Wins" network as they develop new measures for equality and diversity. Best practice examples from the project are being made available to the "Equality Wins" network to facilitate knowledge transfer. Through this network, the Berlin Senate, in cooperation with the IHK and the Berlin Chamber of Crafts, aims to drive cultural change within companies.

Gender Equality in the Berlin Coalition Agreement
The Berlin coalition is committed to the intersectional equality of all women. A minimum goal set out in the coalition agreement is equal participation and parity for women and men in business, science, politics, administration, and in cultural and public life. This pilot project is one step toward that goal; it is funded by the Senate Department for Economic Affairs, Energy and Public Enterprises and implemented by the Senate Department for Labour, Social Services, Equality, Integration, Diversity and Anti-Discrimination.
