Brochure: New Paths for Men in Partnership, Family, and Career
A key factor in changing role patterns is engaging men as allies and consciously including them as a target group. This is often one of the greatest challenges for organizational culture.
Even though women still take on family responsibilities much more frequently and intensively today, a shift in attitudes is well underway. The more natural it becomes for men to pursue career paths adapted to family obligations, the less of a "risk" women are perceived to be by companies.
Building on this, EAF Berlin regularly initiates projects that highlight men and fathers in their roles as role models—encouraging others to pursue life concepts beyond traditional role and family models.
