Share of women on DAX 40 supervisory boards

The proportion of women on the supervisory boards of DAX 40 companies stands at 39.5% and has thus remained unchanged since last year (DIW 03/2026, as of Dec. 2025).

As of 30thJune 2026, there were 69 female board members in the DAX 40 companies, which corresponds to a proportion of women of 27%. One company had no women on its board (source: own analysis, 30th June 2026).
