The proportion of women on supervisory boards in DAX 40 companies is 39.6% and has thus stagnated since last year (Allbright Foundation 11/2025, as of September 1, 2025).
As of 04.11.2025, there were 64 female board members in the DAX 40 companies, which corresponds to 25.3% of women. Four of the DAX 40 companies have a woman as CEO. Two companies do not have a woman on their board of directors (source: own survey 04.11.2025).
