The world of work is changing: skills shortages, demographics, new job profiles, and the challenges of a sluggish economy require new, creative solutions for businesses. Balancing family and career plays a key role in better tapping into the potential of the workforce, particularly mothers who often work part-time.

The corporate conference is the forum for new ideas and valuable exchange of experience. This year, it focuses on the key topics of securing skilled labor, maternal employment, and leadership.

Program

From 10:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., a varied program will take place with Federal Minister for Family Affairs Karin Prien and DIHK President Peter Adrian who will present their perspectives on work-life balance from the viewpoints of politics and business. Dr. David Juncke, Partner & Director at Prognos AG, will exclusively present findings on the conditions under which and to what extent part-time working mothers would increase their working hours. In the afternoon, we invite you to join us for an interactive session to discuss leadership culture, biases, and their hidden costs . Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to visit the Market of Possibilities and exchange new perspectives.
