Between power and abuse: Sexism and sexual harassment in the workplace

EAF Berlin and the "Together Against Sexism" alliance cordially invite you to participate in the 2025 German Anti-Discrimination Days hosted by the Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency – and especially to our panel, "Between Power and Abuse: Sexism and Sexual Harassment in the Workplace."

In collaboration with the "Together Against Sexism" alliance, our panelists are:

• Fikri Anıl Altıntaş – freelance author based in Berlin and volunteer #HeForShe ambassador for UN Women Germany
• Mari Günther – Specialist consultant for counseling and healthcare at the Federal Association Trans* (BVT*) and systemic therapist
• Stephanie Klimmer – Project Manager of the "Competence Center for Berlin Craftspeople" at bfw (Unternehmen für Bildung)
• Almuth Schult – German football player (goalkeeper) and Olympic champion, long-time number one goalkeeper for the women's national team
• Stefanie Lohaus (Moderator) – Member of the Executive Board of EAF Berlin and Project Manager of the "Together Against Sexism" alliance

Together, we will examine how power dynamics facilitate sexism and sexual harassment in the workplace – and what is needed to create safe spaces, accountability, and real change.

The two-day congress will take place on May 13 and 14, 2025, at the Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin, featuring high-profile guests such as Hubertus Heil, Luisa Neubauer, Ricarda Lang, Aladin El-Mafaalani, and many more.
