DGM Online Seminar: Creating a win-win-win situation in mentoring with "Positive Leadership"

The world of work is evolving at a rapid pace. This applies equally to all industries: constantly changing conditions require flexibility, a solution-oriented approach, and a strong team spirit.
It is not just the speed of change that keeps us on our toes, but above all the nature of that change: greater diversity, increasingly complex networks, and a lack of predictability are causing significant uncertainty. These circumstances are also fundamentally changing mentoring: what skills do leaders need to respond appropriately to these challenges?
Based on positive psychology, the "Positive Leadership" approach leverages the power of emotions, the impact of strengths-based leadership, and the importance of trusting relationships. Satisfied employees find more meaning in their work and influence up to 50% of a company's results.
In this online seminar, you will learn
- what Positive Leadership is,
- why "positive emotions" are important,
- why it is more effective to build on strengths than to fix weaknesses,
- that Positive Leadership creates a win-win-win situation for mentors, mentees, and company representatives.
