Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and skilled trade businesses often lack the necessary resources or structures to implement existing approaches against sexism and discrimination. Furthermore, workflows in SMEs often differ from those in large corporations or the public sector. In collaboration with partners from the SME and skilled trades sectors, the "Together Against Sexism" alliance has developed 15 measures against workplace sexism and discrimination, specifically tailored to skilled trade businesses and SMEs.

More about the "Together Against Sexism" alliance
Sexism is widespread in our society. It demeans people based on their gender and is something we encounter daily in many areas of life. The "Together Against Sexism" alliance, funded by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ) and implemented by EAF Berlin in partnership with the ministry, is determined to take a stand against it. The goal is to recognize sexism and sexual harassment, address them, and establish effective measures to combat them.
