DEI backlash – How to handle resistance to equality and diversity?
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are in the spotlight more than ever – yet they are also coming under increasing pressure. What should you do when internal initiatives are questioned or publicly criticized? How do you handle accusations of "wokeness," political polarization, or waning support?
In our digital info session, we want to provide space for these tensions and facilitate an open discussion : Featuring a brief presentation, practical exchange, and time for open questions. We invite DEI managers and other interested parties from companies, unions, public administration, and civil society to attend.
