Corporate strategies for preventing sexism in the workplace
Sexism and sexual harassment in the workplace occur in almost every company. Yet, the topic remains taboo, and those affected often stay silent for fear of negative consequences. Background
Sexism is widespread in our society. It demeans people based on their gender and is something we encounter daily in many areas of life. The "Together Against Sexism" alliance, funded by the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth (BMFSFJ) and implemented by EAF Berlin in partnership with the ministry, aims to take a firm stand against this. The goal is to recognize sexism and sexual harassment, address them openly, and establish effective measures to combat them.
