Stefanie Lohaus is a member of the Executive Board, Head of Communications at EAF Berlin, and project lead for the "Together Against Sexism" alliance. Stefanie Lohaus conducts workshops and gives lectures on topics such as work-life balance, women in pop culture and media, right-wing populism, feminism, and demographic change.

As part of her role leading the "Together Against Sexism" alliance, Stefanie Lohaus has gained practical experience in alliance building between businesses, policymakers, and civil society.

She was trained as an Inclusive Leadership trainer by Thais Compoint, CEO of Déclic International. She is also a certified systemic organizational consultant and has applied her expertise to advise organizations, supporting them in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals in the DEI space.

Stefanie Lohaus has also gained valuable experience in team training and development, conducting workshops and giving lectures on topics such as work-life balance, women in pop culture and media, right-wing populism, feminism, and demographic change. She has published articles in Zeit Online, Vice.com, FAZ, and FAS. In early 2008, she was one of the four founders of Missy Magazine, which she led as managing editor for ten years and where she remains a co-publisher to this day.

As an author and curator, she has used her expertise to communicate complex topics, curating the festival "Body Talk – A Festival on Bodies and Markets, Gender and Visibility in the 21st Century" at the Münchner Kammerspiele. She was also a co-initiator of the #ausnahmslos campaign against sexualized violence and racism and is a member of the advisory board for "Gender Democracy, Equity, and Anti-Discrimination" at the Heinrich Böll Foundation.
