Anna Sive is a Senior Expert specializing in research and organizational development. Her work focuses primarily on data-driven project and initiative development. She works on practical survey and consulting projects addressing diversity, equal opportunity, inclusion, and gender equality, and leads the diversity and sexism survey division at EAF Berlin. She is also a co-author of several comprehensive studies, including "Sexism in the Workplace" (2026) and "Women's Engagement in Local Politics in Saxony" (2024).

Prior to joining EAF, Anna Sive spent over 10 years in cultural, market, and media research, studying a wide range of target groups and contexts. Through this experience, she gained extensive methodological expertise in both qualitative and quantitative empirical research methods.

One of her key areas of focus is LGBTQIA+ issues, a topic on which she regularly speaks and writes. From 2022 to 2025, Anna Sive served on the board of BiBerlin e.V., and represented the organization at the Berlin Queer Commissioner’s Round Table on "Protection Against Queerphobic Hate Crime" from 2023 to 2025. She also conducts training sessions as well as awareness and empowerment workshops on Bi+ and LGBTQIA+ topics. In her work, she emphasizes a power-critical and intersectional perspective on inequality and discrimination.

Anna Sive holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied African Studies with a focus on sociology and ethnology from the University of Bayreuth, followed by a Master’s degree in Cultural Studies and Cultural Management from Ludwigsburg.
