Presentation of the 2023 Total E-Quality Award

During times of crisis and other challenges, the demand for equal opportunity is often pushed to the sidelines. However, when redesigning structures and processes, integrating gender and diversity aspects is essential for the future viability of any organization.
As a co-creator of a gender-equitable and diverse society, TOTAL E-QUALITY Deutschland e.V. is using this year's award ceremony, themed "(No) Time for Equal Opportunity," to exchange and consolidate the knowledge gained from recent years of crisis and translate it into concrete strategies:
- How are organizations leveraging their experiences from the crisis?
- Which goals, measures, and processes have proven successful? Which ones have been newly implemented?
- Which long-held assumptions have been challenged? Which new values and standards have come to the forefront?
These and other questions, along with best-practice examples, will be discussed in our signature interactive format by experts, award recipients, members, and representatives from a wide range of organizations.
