Resilience is the key to navigating stressful situations with greater composure, adapting flexibly to new challenges, and strengthening your long-term mental health—skills that are relevant to us all.

In this online seminar, speaker Anne Ruppert shares valuable insights from her diverse roles as a mentor, project manager of a mentoring program, and trainer across various mentoring initiatives. You will learn how to purposefully strengthen your own resilience. Through practical methods, you will discover how to stay calm during stressful moments and tap into your inner resources. This will enable you to improve not only your own resilience but also that of the participants in your mentoring programs.
