Dr. Wolfgang König is an expert in digital vocational training at Bildungswerk der Wirtschaft gGmbH. He focuses extensively on the practical applications of generative AI in education and training. His core thesis is that AI will enrich mentoring and coaching. In 2023, he developed a widely acclaimed didactic model for working and learning with ChatGPT: the "Grey Box" model of chatbot didactics. He is currently developing a learning framework for vocational training practice as part of the AI focus area of Netzwerk Q 4.0. Netzwerk Q 4.0 is a network funded by the Federal Ministry of Education and Research dedicated to supporting vocational training personnel.
