Strong from within, effective on the outside!

Everyday political life is demanding: high pressure, the expectation of constant availability, heated debates, and, unfortunately, frequent personal attacks or an increasingly harsh tone are a reality for many involved in politics. Women, in particular, face unique challenges and often question their involvement.
In recent years, resilience has become a key buzzword, but also a practical antidote on an individual level. Resilience means more than just "hanging in there": it is primarily about consciously developing your inner strength, setting boundaries, remaining visible, and not letting hostility throw you off track. This ensures you can stay healthy and continue to shape and influence politics effectively in the long term.
Strengthening your own mental resilience not only protects you but also changes structures. Increased resilience finally allows for issues beyond crisis management to be addressed, such as changes to framework conditions and political culture.
Resilience coach and trainer Frauke Puttfarken will guide you through the seven pillars of resilience in a lively, interactive workshop specifically tailored to the challenges faced by women in local and national politics. The session includes insights into self-care and mental health, as well as opportunities to reflect on personal resources you can draw upon in your daily life and during times of crisis.
