Good Practice Workshop: Equality and Diversity in the Workplace – What Are Others Doing?
Many companies agree that diversity and equality are key issues for the future. But what should they do? Or rather, where should they start? What does it actually take to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging to advance in your own organization?
To discuss these and other questions, we invite you on May 29, 2024 to a digital good practice workshop on the topic of diversity and equality in companies and organizations .
The "Promoting Equality and Diversity" project
The event concludes the pilot project "Promoting Equality and Diversity," which EAF Berlin implemented in cooperation with the Berlin Senate Department, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK), and the Berlin Chamber of Crafts for the "Equality Wins" network. As part of the project, we supported 10 Berlin companies on their journey toward new measures in the areas of equality and diversity.
