Symposium "Strengthening the Business Location: Success Through Diversity"

For many employers, equal treatment is already part of their corporate culture. However, the practical implementation of anti-discrimination measures is not always straightforward. According to the General Act on Equal Treatment (AGG), for example, every workplace must establish a complaints office. But what are the specific requirements? The Self-Determination Act and the new Pay Transparency Directive also raise questions for operational practice.

The Federal Anti-Discrimination Agency invites you to the symposium "Strengthening the Business Location: Success Through Diversity" to address these topics and questions.

At 11:30 a.m., EAF co-managing director Stefanie Lohaus will moderate the working group "Implementing Equal Pay in Companies."
