DGM Annual Conference: "Diversity & Mentoring: Focusing on Experiences and Projects"

The German Mentoring Association invites you to our digital annual mentoring conference on September 12, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Many mentoring programs are dedicated to supporting participants who face disadvantages due to their background, sexual orientation, or other diversity-related factors. The annual conference will showcase several of these projects while providing all attendees with the opportunity to exchange ideas on diversity in mentoring.

During the event, we will also present the newly certified and re-certified mentoring programs and celebrate the presentation of the Mentor of the Year 2024 awards. Even in this online format, there will be plenty of opportunities for participants to connect through virtual networking during our speed talking sessions. Registration and Participation

The event is open to anyone interested in mentoring, including both DGM members and non-members. The participation fee is €50; DGM members may attend free of charge. If you find that you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible at: infodg-mentoringde. Ticket refunds are only possible for cancellations made by September 5, 2024, at the latest.

Navigating the crisis with confidence!

In our digital workshop on June 25, 2026, from 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM, as part of the 3R – Recognize, Resist, Rise Up project, we will develop strategies to help women in politics maintain their agency during times of crisis.

In this digital expert forum, the Women.Diversity.Politics project addresses topics such as burnout, chronic stress, and hostility in politics, and their consequences for civic engagement and democracy.

How can companies tackle the skills shortage and unlock new potential through gender equality? These questions are being explored by stakeholders from business, politics, and industry as part of the Berlin business network "Gleichstellung gewinnt" (Equality Wins) – a joint initiative of the Senate Department for Labour, Social Services, Equality, Integration, Diversity and Anti-Discrimination, the Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Berlin Chamber of Crafts.
