"The Mentoring Relationship as a Learning Opportunity"

In this seminar, Christina Heßling (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München) will present insights and research findings from her study, "Learning from Each Other: The Mentoring Relationship as a Learning Opportunity in a Blended Mentoring Setting – Experiences of Mentees and Mentors in a Mentoring Program for Female Junior Executives." The study highlights forms of learning and learning outcomes for both mentees and mentors, and identifies characteristics of the relationship within a blended mentoring setting as well as the factors that make such programs conducive to learning.

Registration and participation:

The participation fee is 25 euros; attendance is free for DGM members. Those interested in DGM membership can attend one of the DGM's autumn events free of charge. If you subsequently become a member, the fee paid will be credited toward your 2025 membership dues.
