"The Mentoring Relationship as a Learning Opportunity"

The German Mentoring Association (DGM) invites you to an online seminar on Friday, October 11, 2024, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. via Zoom.

In this seminar, Christina Heßling (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München) will present insights and research findings from her study, "Learning from Each Other: The Mentoring Relationship as a Learning Opportunity in a Blended Mentoring Setting – Experiences of Mentees and Mentors in a Mentoring Program for Female Junior Executives." The study highlights forms of learning and learning outcomes for both mentees and mentors, and identifies characteristics of the relationship within a blended mentoring setting as well as the factors that make such programs conducive to learning.

Registration and participation:

The participation fee is 25 euros; attendance is free for DGM members. Those interested in DGM membership can attend one of the DGM's autumn events free of charge. If you subsequently become a member, the fee paid will be credited toward your 2025 membership dues. You will receive the Zoom login details via email in your booking confirmation or in the confirmation email sent after receipt of the participation fee.
