Vera Andreh
Expert
Vera Andreh is an expert in academy and organizational development. She advises organizations on promoting diversity, democracy, and anti-discrimination, and supports them in implementing corresponding measures. She also coordinates mentoring and career-building programs at EAF Berlin and develops awareness concepts for organizations.
Vera Andreh studied political management and transcultural studies in Bremen, where she was primarily involved in international affairs and gender equality. Her academic focus was on postcolonial theory, critical diversity, and social participation.
During her master's degree in Brazil, Vera Andreh deepened her knowledge of gender studies from an intersectional perspective and gained experience in transnational cultural and language work at the Goethe-Institut in Salvador da Bahia, Brazil.
Most recently, Vera Andreh worked at the Ukraine arrival center in Berlin, where she supported refugees as they settled in Germany. She is a member of the Critical Diversity Collective Bremen and has been volunteering in awareness work for 10 years. She is also a trainer for the "Standing Up Against Racism" alliance.
