“GLEICHSTELLUNG GEWINNT” NETWORKING MEETING – SECURING SKILLED WORKERS THROUGH EQUALITY

How can companies tackle the skills shortage and unlock new potential through gender equality? These questions are being explored by stakeholders from business, politics, and industry as part of the Berlin business network "Gleichstellung gewinnt" (Equality Wins) – a joint initiative of the Senate Department for Labour, Social Services, Equality, Integration, Diversity and Anti-Discrimination, the Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Berlin Chamber of Crafts.

The Senate Department for Labour, Social Services, Equality, Integration, Diversity and Anti-Discrimination, together with the Berlin Chamber of Crafts and the Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Industry, invites you to the upcoming meeting of the "Gleichstellung gewinnt" (Equality Wins) business network.

Titled "Securing Skilled Workers through Equality," the event focuses on how companies can attract, retain, and promote female talent through targeted equality measures. Together with representatives from business, politics, and industry, we will discuss successful approaches and provide inspiration for sustainable cultural change within companies.

The program will be hosted by Tina Weber, Co-Managing Director of EAF Berlin.
