Annual Conference of the German Mentoring Association
The digital annual mentoring conference on learning and digitalization will take place on September 27, 2023, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Registration is open until September 25.

This year's conference addresses the challenges and opportunities of learning and digitalization for mentoring programs. New DGM advisory board member Prof. Dr. Max Happel will deliver a keynote speech on "The Future of Learning – Motivation, Participation & Innovation in Sustainable Change." The event features an extensive workshop program, the presentation of the Mentor of the Year awards, and time for networking and sharing best-practice examples.
Workshops will be held on four topics:
- Using modern digital learning formats in the context of mentoring,
- Setting up a mentoring program in organizations,
- Intersectionality in mentoring,
- Q&A on certification.
Registration:
