In this seminar, two experts will share their stories of founding and scaling:

1) Sarah Sorhagen, founder of FemPowerMentoring. Since 2021, Sarah has been helping mid-sized companies build internal mentoring programs. She began her career in the corporate sector, where she held leadership roles by age 27 after earning a bachelor's degree in economics and an MBA. Drawing on the experiences and challenges she has faced as a woman and mother of two in the professional world, she knows how crucial mentoring is for career development within companies.

2) Karin Heinzl, founder of MentorMe. Before founding the company in 2015, Karin completed a master's degree in communication science in Vienna and a master's in political management in Washington D.C. She subsequently worked internationally in adult education, politics, and development cooperation. Today, with over 10,000 members, MentorMe is the largest mentoring community in the DACH region, features proprietary PaaS matching software, and operates in both the B2C and B2B sectors.

In this webinar, Sarah Sorhagen and Karin Heinzl will discuss and answer questions about:

  • Mistakes and successes from the early years
  • Obstacles and tips for the scaling phase
  • Insights into growth levers
