Equality is a matter for men, too—and it opens up new opportunities in the modern working world

With the Men@Work BarCamp, we are creating an open space for anyone interested in exploring gender roles and their evolution in the workplace. Together, we will examine how expectations of male roles are shifting, how men can shape equality processes, the opportunities this creates for employees and organizations, and how a conscious approach to these topics can foster greater equality.
The event will focus on the following key themes:

  • Changing Roles & New Masculinity
  • Men as Agents of Equality
  • Structural and Cultural Change
  • Society and the Future

The BarCamp Format – Open, Interactive, Participatory

The Men@Work BarCamp thrives on its participants: there is no pre-set agenda with keynotes and workshops. The themes mentioned above provide the framework, but participants are encouraged to introduce their own topics and discussion questions, host sessions, share knowledge, and exchange experiences as equals.
