Tina Weber is a member of the EAF Berlin Executive Board. She heads the business division for systemic organizational development, advising companies and organizations on change processes aimed at fostering greater diversity. She develops customized consulting processes and diversity strategies for and with her clients, supporting them throughout the implementation of these measures.

Tina Weber is an expert in flexible working and work-life balance, covering both indirect and direct sectors, as well as production and shift work. On behalf of EAF Berlin, she gives lectures, offers specific career-building programs, and conducts training sessions, including those on unconscious bias.

She completed training as a systemic organizational consultant at Riesner & Braun Consulting and is a trained facilitator for inclusive leadership.

Tina Weber holds a B.B.A. in International Management and an M.A. in European Studies, with study and research stays in Australia, Spain, and Chile, as well as a traineeship at the European Commission in the Directorate-General for Enterprise and Industry, focusing on corporate social responsibility.

Her professional career has consistently focused on the intersection of politics, society, and business. She has led interdisciplinary national and international projects. As the managing director of a trade association, she was responsible for building strategic partnerships and (regional) networks addressing demographic change, skills shortages, and digitalization, particularly within the SME sector.
