Manuela Möller
Director
Manuela Möller is a Director at EAF Berlin. Her work in democracy and participation focuses on seminars, lectures, and conferences for female mayors and local politicians, which she also conducts internationally. In the project Frauen.Vielfalt.Politik Manuela Möller provides coaching and training for female mayors and advises equal opportunity officers on programs aimed at encouraging women to enter politics.
Furthermore, she designs and implements mentoring and career programs, training both newcomers and experienced women from politics, academia, and business on topics such as leadership, communication and conflict, resilience, courage, professional networking, and time/self-management. Since 2021, she has been a member of the advisory board of Mercatora, a women's network of the Stiftung Mercator. She completed training as a systemic organizational consultant at Riesner & Braun Consulting and as a facilitator for large groups at artop – Institute at Humboldt University.
Manuela Möller holds a degree in health sciences with an international Master's degree (MPH), is a PR consultant, and worked for ten years as a psychotherapist. She subsequently lived and worked in the USA and Bangladesh, and from 2002 to 2008, she advised governments on HIV prevention for the World Health Organization (WHO) in Geneva, Manila, and Fiji.

- Member of CODA (Children of Deaf Adults) and served for many years as a volunteer on the board of CODA International
