Liliya Kislitsyna was a member of the Kramatorsk City Council. She leads the women's NGO Smarta, initiated the first women's forum in Ukraine, and is committed to local non-partisan networking among female politicians. She is also a co-founder of the Coalition 1325 in the Donetsk region, which brings together 45 civil society organizations.
