Juliane Schlei-Kreusch is a Senior Expert in Communications at EAF Berlin, where she is responsible for public relations, editorial work, and social media.

Previously, Juliane Schlei-Kreusch led communications at Charta der Vielfalt e.V. There, she built their social media presence, designed and managed campaigns on topics related to diversity, inclusion, and the promotion of democracy, led the 2023 DIVERSITY conference, and was co-responsible for the communication strategy of the German Diversity Day.

Before joining Charta der Vielfalt, she was a project manager at zukunft im zentrum GmbH, where she focused on issues including the structural consequences of marginal employment for women, as well as gender equality and diversity management. As a public relations project manager at DQG GmbH, she expanded her expertise in creating various graphic products and websites in the context of integration work for refugees. During her studies, she gained experience in journalism, including at the Berlin city magazine tip!.  

Juliane Schlei-Kreusch studied German language and literature, German linguistics, and modern history at the University of Potsdam.
