Henrik Olk is an expert at EAF Berlin, working primarily on the "Together Against Sexism" alliance project and the #OfficeMeToo event series. His responsibilities include project coordination, public relations, and event organization.

Henrik Olk holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Bremen, where he focused on the political system of the Federal Republic of Germany and international relations. His bachelor's thesis examined populist rhetoric in US election campaigns. During an exchange semester in Zagreb, Croatia, he studied interest representation and political communication at the EU level. He completed his master's degree in political science in Lüneburg, with a thesis analyzing industrial interest representation and its influence on German legislation. During his studies, he gained practical experience through internships at the Bundestag and the Willy Brandt Foundation.

Prior to his current role, Henrik Olk worked at PR and public affairs agencies in Berlin. For nearly three years, he worked in political communication as well as press and public relations. He managed a diverse range of clients and projects, gaining extensive experience in political positioning, stakeholder dialogue at the state, federal, and EU levels, event conceptualization and organization, and strategic communication consulting.
